The Board of Education recently took a tour of the Gross Motor Gym and Snoezelen Room and got to witness first-hand how students interact with the equipment and state-of-the-art technology to help improve their gross motor and fine motor skills.
Led on their tour by Greenburgh Graham's Physical Therapist, Rosie Puthiyamadam and Occupational Therapist, Anthony Aguiar, Board Members tried out different equipment and engaged in highly specialized sensory experiences while they learned all about the senses and how sensory regulation helps support our students throughout their day at school and beyond.
